5、 Main structure
1. Blender: It is driven by dual motors, dual reducers, and dual axis transmission to perform cantilever shaft revolution and mixing shaft rotation. The mixing shaft is equipped with a specially designed sanitary double end face machine seal.
2. Cylinder body: The cylinder body consists of a head and a conical cylinder body. The head and cylinder body are equipped with jacket heating and insulation, necessary manholes, process pipe openings, sight glasses, stable pressure, long service life, agitator, bottom discharge valve, upper feed valve, and dust filter.
3. Dust filter: The dust filter consists of an insulated and heated outer cylinder, a filter element, a blowback and cleaning device.
4. Mixing screw: The screw itself is conical, and the diameter of the screw thread rises from the bottom to the top. The mixing screw is completely cantilevered to avoid the need for a bottom support bearing, a sturdy central gearbox component, and a top bearing arrangement. The mixing screw has a hollow sturdy central shaft and a spiral scraper continuously welded to the central shaft. The double-sided hollow spiral scraper forms a heating circuit with the hollow central shaft.
5. Machine seal system: The machine seal sealing liquid is used as an external liquid barrier and a safe machine seal indicator system, designed with a thermosiphon cycle or pump cycle and an electric control switch. All mechanical seals of the dryer pass through a common cycle, and the two internal loop systems between the two end face machine seals are connected to an external liquid storage and lubrication sealing liquid storage tank, so as to obtain safe and preventive control of seal integrity through monitoring the liquid level. The mechanical seal product and connecting components comply with GMP standards, and the tank is filled with sterile water liquid for operation. The liquid system that can be circulated and completely emptied operates in accordance with GMP standards.
6. Inflatable sealed hemispherical valve (vacuum dryer feeding and discharging valve): This hemispherical valve is designed to meet the special needs of single cone vacuum dryer feeding and discharging. The valve is manufactured according to precise tolerance standards and combined with special structures to form a good vacuum and pressure sealing environment.
